If you have an insurance plan that helps pay for treatment, please be sure and bring your dental insurance card with you to your appointment. As a courtesy, we will be happy to file your insurance claim for you.
We will work with you to ensure that you receive the maximum benefits to which you are entitled. However, please understand that this is an agreement between you and your insurance company and you are ultimately responsible for paying for the services you receive.
Our financial coordinator will discuss our fees and agree on the type of payment that is mutually acceptable before treatment is scheduled. We do accept Cash, Personal Checks and Credit Cards.
