Meet the Team

Dr. Donald J. Brunetti has set the highest standards of excellence in his General Practice of Dentistry for over 40 years. He received his Doctorate in Dentistry from The Ohio State University and then went on to complete a 1-year Residency Program at St. Elizabeth Hospital. He was then appointed to the Medical-Dental Staff of the hospital. A member of many leading dental organizations, including the American Dental Association, Ohio Dental Assoc., American Equilibration Society, and Corydon Palmer Dental Society, Dr. Brunetti has been fortunate throughout his career to be taught by his mentors, those who write the books on quality dentistry. In his spare time, Dr. Brunetti enjoys basketball, golf, reading and spending time with his wife, three children, and two grandchildren.

Mandy has been with Dr. Brunetti for over 10 years as part of the hygiene team. She graduated from YSU in 2007 and has been enjoying the relationships with her patients ever since. As a Registered Dental Hygienist, she is given the opportunity to keep up on the latest research through seminars and connections with colleagues. Mandy grew up in Austintown and now resides in Greenford with her husband and two young children. When she is not at the office enjoying time with her coworkers and patients, Mandy can be found spending time with her family or enjoying a good book.

Shelly is a longtime member of the team, having started as a dental assistant in 1988. In 1995, she became a Registered Dental Hygienist after graduating from YSU’s Dental Hygiene program. Shelly also attends annual training to keep up with dental advances. She has enjoyed building relationships with patients over the years. Shelly has the confidence of her patients resulting in a high level of comfort with regards to their dental needs and care. When not at work, Shelly enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and exercising. She resides in Austintown with her husband and three children.

Amber is our Dental Assistant with 25 years of experience with Dr. Brunetti. She currently works part-time spending most of her time in the lab, taking x-rays and being chairside (or assisting). She enjoys working with our friendly team and helping make patients feel comfortable. Amber lives in Niles with her husband and three children and their 2 dogs. When not assisting, you will find her with her kids chauffeuring them to school, soccer practice or dance. In her free time, Amber enjoys traveling, hiking and relaxing at the beach or at the swimming pool.

Olivia has been a dental assistant for Dr. Brunetti for 4 years. She attended Ross Medical Education Center for the dental assisting program and graduated top of her class. Olivia enjoys getting to meet new patients and help assist in creating beautiful smiles. She lives in Struthers, OH with her husband and two dogs. When not assisting she enjoys remodeling, organizing, and decorating her home with her husband and taking her dogs for walks.

Marcia has been the Office Manager here at Dr. Brunetti’s for over 30 years. Although you’ll see her in the front office building relationships with patients and staff, she works behind the scenes solving problems. She will do whatever it takes to ensure that our patients receive a dental experience that they’ll want to share with their family and friends. During Marcia’s time off, she loves spending time with family, especially babysitting her granddaughters. She also enjoys cooking, traveling, dancing, reading and doing puzzles. Marcia and her husband live in Canfield; they enjoy traveling to North Carolina and Florida to visit their son and daughters.

Lorraine is our Financial Coordinator but is also cross-trained in both the front office as well as the clinical area. She has worked with Dr. Brunetti for over 30 years. She loves helping patients understand their insurance plans and helping to maximize their benefits. She strives to help patients set up an affordable treatment plan for their out-of-pocket expenses on dental work they want and need. Lorraine and her husband live in Austintown and have an adult son and daughter. They are big Ohio State fans and love watching the games with family and friends, “O-H-I-O”. In her spare time, she enjoys listening to live music, planting a flower garden, and decorating for the holidays. She loves the people she works with and feels that they are an extension of her own family.

Tonya is the Hygiene Coordinator here at Dr. Brunetti’s office for six years now. She specializes in building relationships with patients, scheduling appointments, and answering the phones. She lives in Austintown with her husband and two daughters. When not at the office, Tonya enjoys attending her daughters’ sporting events; they are involved with volleyball, basketball, and softball. Her absolute favorite thing to do with her family is going camping and being outdoors. She also likes to oil paint on canvas, create new things through crafting, and just looking at ideas on Pinterest. Tonya treasures her time at work because of the team atmosphere and that everyone is caring and hard-working.
